CG Flex XD series is our latest in dual cure technology covering both LED and Mercury lamps. This series is built to run at speeds of over 220mpm curing under 365,385 and 395nm. These inks are designed to be printed on lighter-weight materials without the risk of substrate shrinkage, minimizing registration errors and optimizing print quality, even at high production speeds. CG Flex LM series is our established migration compliance range. Careful selection of high molecular weight photoinitiators, resins and additives minimizing potential of diffusion migration, while optimised curing which eliminates the likelihood of set-off migration, provided full cure is achieved on press. Increased pigmentation allows minimal film weight, improving print quality and reducing ink usage by up to 30%* for spot colours. Excellent flow allows the inks to be pumped into chambered or reverse angle doctor blade units. Unique resin chemistry imparts exceptional gloss and adhesion on a wide range of substrates.
