ColorGen SA Pty Ltd was established in South Africa in 2014 and has quickly grown to become one of the country’s leading premium suppliers of free radical curing inks, coatings and adhesives as well as water-based primers and inks and coatings primarily for flexographic and digital printing equipment.
These products are sold predominantly into the Narrow Web (Label printing) industry which represent an important sub sector of the broader packaging market. Our water-based inks are also sold into the carton, kraft and corrugated packaging sectors with future focus to be applied to develop sales in this market.

Our free radical curing technology has evolved from curing under high energy consumption lamps to more sustainable low energy LED curing lamps which is helping our customers reduce their energy requirements and costs.
Whilst our water based technology is replacing traditional VOC containing inks which are more environmentally friendly as well being bio-degradable and recyclable.
